Tiny home community a hit in Greer

The first phase of Lake Walk Tiny Home Community in Greer was constructed in early 2018. With more than 40 tiny homes on the site and another 23 in the works, the community has appealed to residents coming from Michigan, Ohio, Rhode Island, Florida and California.
